What is Your Dashboard?
Your Dashboard is a dashboard only you can see. Save and edit reports on this Dashboard without changing Watershed for any other user.
- User Types
- Any user can access Your Dashboard (Global Admins, Area Admins, and Users).
- Available on paid plans (Analyst, CLO, and Enterprise).
- Anybody (both beginners and experts) can use this feature.
How to Get to Your Dashboard
Access Your Dashboard through the dashboard menu at the top of your screen:
To go to Your Dashboard, click the down arrow to see the full dashboard menu and then choose Your Dashboard:
How to Add Reports to Your Dashboard
You can add reports to Your Dashboard in one of two ways: you can use Explore or you can use the Pin to Your Dashboard feature.
Create New Reports on Your Dashboard with Explore
Please note: only users with access to Explore can create new reports.
When Using Explore to create new reports, the report will be created on whichever dashboard was opened when you clicked Explore. To create a new report on Your Dashboard, go to Your Dashboard using the dashboard menu and then use Explore to create the new report while Your Dashboard is open.
Using Pin to Your Dashboard
Pin to Your Dashboard allows you to put a copy of an existing report onto Your Dashboard. Any user (even users without access to Explore) can use Pin to Your Dashboard.
Please note: If you pin a report to Your Dashboard and edit the report on Your Dashboard, the original report will also be changed (and the report for every other user). Also, if the original report is changed or deleted, the copy on Your Dashboard will also be changed or deleted.
To pin a report to Your Dashboard, click the gear icon on the bottom right corner of a report on a dashboard:
Then choose Pin to Your Dashboard:
A copy of the report will now appear on Your Dashboard:
