Registering your users for an Accomplishment

As an admin, you can control how people register for an Accomplishment. You can even manually register specific people for Accomplishments. To do so, start by going to an existing Accomplishment:

  1. On the main Accomplishments page in the Your Accomplishments box, click the  to go to the All Accomplishments page. 
  2. Click the  icon next to the Accomplishment you want to register users for. 
  3. Go to the Registrations tab:


Registration Mode

The automatic registration mode allows administrators to configure Watershed in such a way that all members of the organization, both current and future, are required to pursue this accomplishment. When you set an accomplishment to automatic registration, every existing user will be registered for the accomplishment and it will automatically show up on their Accomplishments page. They will also receive an email letting them know that they registered for an accomplishment. As new users are added to your account, they too will see the accomplishment on the Accomplishments page. 

Register a Person

In some cases, it makes more sense for an administrator to choose individuals to pursue an accomplishment. This might be appropriate for a manager wishing to have his or her reports complete a piece of work specific to their team. By inviting the individuals to take the accomplishment, the administrator can accomplish exactly this.
